Farm to Tap at Taproom 307 w/ Empire Brewing Co

Join us at Taproom No.307 on Wednesday July 20th as we take over the taps with beers from the newly opened Empire Farmstead Brewery!

Draft List:
BLACK MAGIC STOUT (NITRO) A traditional dry Irish stout, carbonated with nitrogen. Dry roasted flavors are prominent, with hints of chocolate and coffee on the finish. 4.8%
STRIKES BOCK This is a traditional German style Mai-Bock. These beers are brewed toward the end of winter for spring release. This is a true lager, made with German lager yeast and fermented for six weeks. The flavors are malt forward with a medium body, finishing with a dry peppery flavor that is derived from the hops. 6.5% ABV
SKINNY ATLAS KOLSCH This four time Great American Beer Festival winner, and one time World Beer Cup winner is Pale in color, and has the flavor of a light German pilsner, crossed w/ the crisp cleanness you might find in an American Ale. Skinny Atlas is named for Central New York’s Skaneateles Lake from which Empire draws its brewing water. 5.3%
SLO MO IPA An American IPA brewed with a blend of Falconers Flight and Mosaic Hops. Medium bodied with a full citrus hop flavor and aroma. Finishes dry, crisp and refreshing. 5.5%
WHITE APHRO White Aphrodisiac, or White “Aphro” is a Belgian style unfiltered Wit Ale brewed with wheat malt, lemon peel, ginger, and lavender and is fermented with a traditional Belgian yeast strain. 6.3%
EAST COAST AMBER ALE Empire Amber Ale is an English/American hybrid, made with English malts and American hops. It is clean and refined, with just the right balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness. 5.5%
