Don't forget that Hops: From The Ground Up is this Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm. As previously mentioned, we'll be taking a look at the many aspects of the world's most drinkable flower--breeding, growing, processing, brokering, contracting, and alternative uses. Of course, we'll also be talking brewing and tasting.
