Sisters in Craft: Ladies Pint Night at Threes Brewing

Beerded Ladies and Threes Brewing are thrilled to present Sisters in Craft, a ladies pint night celebrating the integral role women have played throughout brewing history, from medieval ale wives to today’s leading ladies of craft.

On Thursday, April 30th at 7PM, the ladies are taking over Threes Brewing’s premiere event space. The evening features lady-brewed tap specials, professional brewsters and reps, local female homebrewers, industry professionals, beer enthusiasts and journalists. Meet the brewers, learn about the industry and swap tips with fellow craft beer loving Brooklyn girls over tasty cuisine from resident pop-up restaurant, Mimi’s Hummus. There is no cover and the event is open to all.

“This isn’t a ‘ladies-drink-free’ sort of night that caters to the bridge and tunnel crowd – there’s plenty of that going on around the rest of the city. This is a night of lady brewers talking hops and tasting tips while sipping on beers.” - Brooklyn Based

Confirmed participants include Meredith Heil and Hayley Karl of Beerded Ladies, Krista Kilberg of Women’s Beer Society NYC, Heather McReynolds of Sixpoint Brewery, Kristen Demergian of Allagash Brewing Company, Laurisa Milici of Radiant Pig Brewing and Olivia Cerio of Empire Brewing Company. Several award-winning lady homebrewers will also be in attendance with samples.

About Threes Brewing: Threes Brewing is a brewery, bar & event space located in Gowanus, Brooklyn, open 7 days a week with a rotating array of cuisine, draft beer, cocktails and programming.
